Synopsis: A consideration of traumatic brain injury acquired in the Iraq and Afghanistan War.  Dr Hodder, who is a retired Colonel (USAR) and Dr. Stein a retired Colonel in the Medical Corps discuss the differences between a closed injury and blast injury as well as how a brain injury is treated in the field through the military system of polytrauma care, and rehabilitation.
